Who Are We?

Heptec is a newly formed company which has evolved from maintaining a growing number of satisfied customers. We specialise in reasonably priced, all round, IT support for small and developing businesses.

The company was founded by Giles Hepworth, a Microsoft certified IT technician with 10 years experience working within both large and small businesses supporting all Microsoft's operating systems and office applications.

Pricing

Each companies support requirement is different, a monthly contract is calculated from the level of cover you require and the quantity of computers you need covered.

An average small business with 5-10 computers, a network with a standalone server could be supported during normal working hours for a little as £200 per month. 

For smaller companies, who still have IT needs, but can't justify full support contract Heptec can offer general support and computer repair/upgrade for £25 per hour basic rate, with no hidden charges or separate call out fees.
